EnvisionTE™ is an affordable software-based desktop tactical training solution. Its unique open-architecture allows for the inclusion and operation of any simulated airborne, seaborne, or ground based system into a realistic training scenario.
EnvisionTE™ provides the capability to conduct arduous live and on-demand training ranging from interactive core skills exercises through full mission preview/rehearsal using high fidelity 3-D simulation.
EnvisionTE™ allows for off-equipment training and currency maintenance across the full spectrum of combat operations and in all assigned mission areas.
Integrated LMS
The integrated Learning Management System (LMS) provides each unit with an application framework for their Tactical Training Program that includes: organization and configuration management for their Tactical Library (Simulated Training Scenarios, Mission Video, Lessons Learned, electronic Training Jackets, and other forms of educational media), the ability to publish/distribute training events and materials, access to on-demand training missions, and the ability to test and evaluate individual/crew mission effectiveness.
Mission Development
Scenario Builder
Scenario Builder gives unit training departments the ability to create realistic training scenarios in any real-world or potential hotspot environment. User designed Artificial Intelligence (AI) scripts allow computer generated forces (enemy and friendly) to react according to live mission events providing realistic and dynamic mission scenarios. Using the Instructor Operating Station (IOS), the instructor can control mission tasking and pace of events by initiating critical actions or providing re-tasking instructions from C2 elements during runtime.
Virtual Instruction
Virtual Instruction (VI) provides a convenient and intuitive way to give real-time or post mission feedback of techniques and procedures. VI can take control to “demonstrate” proper techniques, provide verbal or visual “hints,” provide access to mission specific training materials (i.e., tactical checklists, mission notes, reading materials, etc.), and provide post exercise testing.
Performance Assessment
The system allows for dynamic performance monitoring and assessment. Virtually any parameter or combination of parameters can be monitored for either immediate trainee feedback or the data can be collected for post-mission scoring and debrief.
Record/Playback
EnvisionTE™ provides the ability to record and playback all simulated communications (MIRC, ICS, and Radio) and mission events to allow for a critical operator/crew mission analysis and debrief. The playback can be observed from the perspective of any “operator,” and instructor initiated “marks” can be established to provide for a quick review of mission critical events during mission debrief.
