Corsair Engineering's Policies and Procedures Manual (CPPM) documents an operating framework to provide adequate assurance that specified levels of quality are achieved through personnel using planned and systematic work processes with the the following objectives:

  • Ensure infrastructure and resources are sufficient to deliver contracted products on schedule and within budget.
  • Regularly analyze schedule, cost and performance risk to implement preventative/corrective actions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations through continuous customer engagement and collaboration focused on anticipating, identifying and validating the customer’s needs.
  • Ensure the Quality Management System is adequate, suitable and effective through regular Management Review.
